Our organic productions
“The earth is not created but cared for and cultivated to nourish its children, living beings placed above and below it…”
Thinking about careful and selected agricultural production, the Mennuli & Alivi company has decided to cultivate certain native crops: almonds, in the Pizzuta and Fascionello varieties, olives, belonging to the Moresca, Nocellara dell'Etna and Coratina varieties, and a vast polyculture of fruits that include figs, oranges, pomegranates, lemons and carobs. Selecting crops means knowing how to transform them to enhance their qualities and defend their organoleptic properties.

We are different
“Grateful towards their mother and their siblings, these perfect children give intoxicating scents and juicy fruits… The trees demonstrate their generosity to those who know how to listen to them”
The main crops of the Mennuli & Alivi company demonstrate the strong link with the Syracuse area and with the Sicilian agricultural tradition. The cultivated almonds belong to the Pizzuta and Fascionello varieties, both Slow Food "Noto Almond" presidia.
